Pearls & Prints

New to my sidebar is Pearls & Prints...

Natalie, the graphic designer behind the brand is far from new to my life though! She is my best friend from like ever ago… like we were barely driving.

She is now the most incredible graphic designer and I've FINALLY convinced her to open an Etsy shop!! Natalie is currently the art director at her full time job, a Mama to a spicy little 1 year old girl, and a free lance graphic designer on the side. How does she even have time for it all? I'll never know. What you don't know is you are already familiar with her work! She has done ALL my branding for my Etsy shop, Chicken Scratch'd Designs. You see her design in my logo on my side bar every time you read this blog. She has done everything from children bday invites for me to my Christmas cards every year. Seriously, no idea I have thrown her has been beyond her skill. She always delivers.

So with out further ado here are a few sneak peaks. But please, go check out her shop. She is still working on building her shop but I'm just so excited to see my favorite designer officially in business!

All the girls at my last Sip Happens Party were lucky enough to get these in their swag bags!!!

And, in case you have never scrolled all the way to the bottom of my page…this is my favorite quote. I live by this.

And you know I love this print since sparkles is like my 2nd favorite color. ;-)

Yet to come is custom Etsy shop branding packages, themed items for birthdays (cupcake toppers to coordinate with invites etc.), expansion with nursery prints, as well as just building already existing  categories.

She is amazing with custom designs so keep in mind all things listed can be customized and are only there serving as source of inspiration. I hope that you go check her out…show her some love. Follow her on Instagram here and be on the lookout for her soon to launch Facebook fan page.

And finally, CONGRATS, Natalie! So excited to see you following your heart with your new business!

Today I'm guest posting over at my friend, Alek's blog, A Slocum Story as part of her "inspire" series. I really hope you will pop over, read my thoughts on beauty and being you…and stick around to ready everyday this month what tons of inspiring women have to say about life! Thank you Aleks, for asking be to be a part of this!

  1. How exciting!! I favorited her shop on Etsy :)

  2. Thank you so much for the feature and all the kind words! I am so excited to see what this adventure brings. Thank you for all your encouragement and help!
Also I love your post on the Slocum Story. I believe those that are true to themselves and who they are on the inside and out shine the brightest. Be you :)
