Beautiful Food

This pasta salad is literally one of my favorites ever. I've been making for at least 4-5 years thanks to one of my really good friends, Katie. We worked at the salon together and one day she had brought in leftovers of this and shared with me. I almost fainted right then and there because I loved it so so so much. I've been making this ever since. It is a staple around here. So after making this for probably the 100th time the other day, I was just admiring how beautiful this salad is and it completely represents the taste. So fresh and super yummy. I knew I had to share :-)


When I decided to share this with you all I asked her where she had originally gotten the recipe from and she couldn't remember..but after a little googling I think Giada De Laurentiis is the source. This is the exact recipe, only I substitute the prosciutto with bacon. ( because, well, who doesn't love bacon?)  This is super delicious warm and cold- just straight from the fridge.
